Gunnison Point is just steps from the South Rim Visitor Center and offers one of the most iconic views in the park. You can look straight down to the Gunnison River nearly 2,000 feet below. There are signs here explaining the canyon’s geology, and it’s a great place to learn, take photos, or start your visit.
