🥾We explored the Grand Avenue Tour in Mammoth Cave National Park.
🧭It is a ranger guided walk through 4 miles of stunning underground passages, gypsum formations, and massive chambers—part of the world’s longest known cave system with over 420 miles mapped!
The tour takes about 4 hours, but we felt like the time flew by. Be prepared to navigate hundreds of stairs, with both steep ascents and descents throughout the journey. We would rate it “moderate” in difficulty.
Inside the cave, it’s a constant 54°F, so dress in layers and wear sturdy shoes for uneven terrain.
🚻Restrooms *are* available inside the cave at a mid-point stop, so you’re covered.

road to hana honeymooners ✨
“The trip of a lifetime to Maui, Hawaii with my high school sweetheart turned hubby. We are so grateful for every blessing God has granted us throughout our wedding season.
Visiting Maui, Hawaii for our honeymoon felt like a dream and the Road to Hana was the cherry on top!
We saw Hamoa Beach, Ho’okipa Beach, The Garden of Eden Arboretum, Ke’anae Peninsula, Koki Beach Alau Island, Ohe’o Gulch (7 Sacred Pools), Pipiwai Bamboo Trail, Twin Falls, Wai’anapanapa Black Sand Beach, 3 Bears Falls, and Wailua Falls.
One of our favorite stops was the Garden of Eden Arboretum - where we spent several hours pretending we were in Honey I Shrunk the Kids - hugging giant 100-year-old mango trees, rainbow eucalyptus, and banana trees.
We will dream of the vegan ice cream and banana bread from Coconut Glen’s as well as the fish and chips from Island Chef - must-stops for my foodie friends!”

Went on a small adventure to the glorious Shenandoah Valley. The park is absolutely amazing and the valley farms are incredibly lovely.
It was so nice to get away from daily life and spend some time enjoying the mountains and time with the Lord.

Yosemite just blew our minds! 🤯 Late April/early May was EPIC in Yosemite National Park, and we`re still awestruck!
The waterfalls were absolutely ROARING – Spring is the Best time to see the Waterfalls at their peak and even beat the summer crowds.
We had the BEST home bases at Upper Pines, Lower Pines, and North Pines campgrounds – talk about prime locations for exploring the valley! These Campgrounds are surrounded by Granite cliffs and are a great jump off point for some epic hikes. (Heads up: we`d skip the campgrounds near the north west and south entrances if you`re valley-focused!)
Some highlights that made our jaws drop:
That iconic Tunnel View vista? Still not over it!
Our daily climber check-ins at the base of El Capitan were so inspiring! Witnessing their multi-day ascent (4-5 days!) was incredible. 🧗♂️
Sunset at Mirror Lake giving us those perfect Half Dome reflections.
